Our Puller and the Bolt are made with 4140 Hardened Steel. It comes with a two year warranty.
The Heavy Duty 4140 Steel Puller Body is 1.625 inches in height, with 50mm internal female (LH) threads. The Heavy Duty 4140 Steel Bolt is it 2.625" overall in length. The bolt head is designed longer than most for extra Strength. The bolt requires a 21mm size wrench/socket or just an adjustable wrench will do. It is a 21mmx1.5 Design.
The entire unit is shipped pre-lubricated. This makes the job extremely easy for you!
This Flywheel Puller Fits all Polaris Sportsman 850, Sportsman 570, and Polaris ACE 570 models regardless of sub model designations.
If it is a Polaris Ace 570 or Polaris Sportsman 570, or 850 it fits through 2019! Used for removal of Polaris Rotor / Flywheel Part Numbers 4014404 4013225 4013969 and others.
If it says Polaris Sportsman 850, Sportsman 570, or Polaris Ace 570 it fits regardless of sub-model designation X2 XP Etc...
